Catalog

 This is my catalog. The catalog focuses on summer clothes and accessories. I used the color blue to represent the ocean. I put a picture of the ocean shore in the background on the front cover. The second page has a sand colored background.

I was able to make the catalog related to summer by using a beach theme. However, the spine is too big. I should have added more pages to the catalog. I also should have added more effects and items on the page.

Logo

This is my logo. It has my name on the top of the oval, and it has a swirly design in the middle. The oval in my logo has a satin effect applied to it. I wanted my logo to be fancy.

This logo has some good qualities. For example, I used effects on my logo. Also, I attempted to make the logo my own.

This logo could be improved. I would like to add more effects on the logo to make it unique.

T-shirt design

This is my t-shirt design (created with photoshop). I decided to create a design that relates to the earthquake/tsunami in Japan. The design on the front of the shirt has a red sun with a wristband saying "pray for japan" in the middle. The back of the shirt has the design of my "donate to recreate" poster.

I think this t-shirt design has a good design. It is for a good cause. The design is colorful and different. The design is simple, but it is very relevant to Japan.

However, the design can have some improvement(s). If the t-shirt color was not white, then the design would have been more attractive and colorful. I wish I put more things in the design on the front.

Book Cover

This is my book cover. The title of the book is "Dream in Chocolate". I chose this title because I love chocolate. I thought it would be nice to have a book relating to chocolate. The background has the texture of melted chocolate.

I think my book cover design is unique. I was able to make the cover appealing and relative to chocolate. I was able to put a quote and a description of the book.

This book cover can be improved. I wish that I put more pictures in the background. The design of the book cover is simple. The book cover would have been better if more effects were applied to the design.

movie poster

1. This is my movie poster project. It's a parody of the movie Mean Girls. I changed the title of the movie to Lean Girls. I also changed the phrase "Watch your back" to "Watch your waist". The fonts of the catch phrase and the title were changed. The poster has some components of the original poster such as the credits, rating, and the picture of the 3 girls known as the Plastics in the movie.

2. This movie poster has a catchy title and message. I was able to make the poster identical to the original Mean Girls movie poster. I think I did a decent job on this movie poster.

3.  This movie poster may need minor adjustments/improvements. The picture of me in the poster is not smooth. Some areas of the poster need to be erased. The contents of the original movie poster do not completely blend in with the background color.

self-portrait

1. This is my self-portrait. It has a picture of me on the right. I put a picture of ice cream and frozen yogurt because I like desserts. I put a picture of headphones because I love to listen to music. The self-portrait also has "I ♥ Japan" in Japanese characters. The "above the influence" sign and the "one nation alcohol free" sign.

2. One of the things that I did right is that i was able to use pictures to express myself. I was also able to make the quality clear. My self-portrait is very colorful. It is also very bright.

3. My self-portrait can be improved in different ways. I wish I put many more pictures that represented me well. I also could have made the effects on the self-portrait smoother and more professsional.
